Terms and conditions:
General conditions:
- In the event of any damage has occurred, the renter shall bear the value of all damages.
- Please commit to booking timings, and in case of any delay, no additional time will be compensated, nor the reservation amount will be compensated.
- After completing booking procedures and paying the amount, the reservation cannot be cancelled.
- In the event of an emergency, it is possible to postpone the reservation (3 days prior) to another date according to availability, may or may not be accepted due to bookings and company reasons.
- No refund offered for any reason or timeframe. Bookings can only be postponed to another date based on availability.
Kashta:
- Payment of a security deposit on the rented equipment and it will be returned upon receipt of Kashta in a clean condition and no damage.
- Maintain cleanliness of the place with removing shoes.
- In the event of which the rented equipment is not clean and entered with shoes, the deposit amount will not be returned.
Weather events and emergency evacuations:
- If any situation happens beyond our control such as weather conditions, etc. based on Island Activities determination, bookings can only be postponed to another date based on availability.
الشروط العامة:
الالتزام بأوقات مواعيد الرحلات، وفي حال التأخير لا يتم التعويض بوقت إضافي ولا يعوض مبلغ الحجز.
بعد استكمال الاجراءات ودفع المبلغ لا يمكن الغاء الحجز.
في حال وقوع ظرف طارئ، ممكن تأجيل الحجز قبل 2 أيام فقط من تاريخ الحجز الى تاريخ اخر حسب التوافر.
الكشتة:
دفع مبلغ تأمين على المعدات المستأجرة ويسترجع عند استلام الكشتة في حالة نظيفة وعدم وجود اي ضرر.
في حال استلام الكشتة غير نظيفة والدخول بالأحذية لا يسترجع مبلغ التأمين.
المحافظة على نظافة المكان مع نزع الأحذية.
أحداث الطقس:
إذا حدث أي موقف خارج عن إرادتنا مثل الاحوال الجوية وما الى ذلك، بناءاً على قرار الشركة، يتأجل الحجز الى تاريخ آخر حسب التوافر.
